Carter, 19, is a singer/songwriter/entertainer who plays Taylor acoustic guitars and a Gibson Les Paul electric guitar, drums, and piano (not to mention tambourine with his foot) in genres ranging from the 50’s through today including Country, Gospel, Pop, and Rock and Roll. Carter wrote a song that was featured in Nashville for his performance at the historic Bluebird Café.  Carter has also appeared at many writers rounds in Nashville including the Commodore Grille, Hank William JR Bar on Broadway, Tennessee Brew Works, and the NashHouse Spoon and Saloon. 

   He was an adult division finalist at the Bill Riley Talent Festival/Iowa State Fair at the early age of 14. Carter performed an original song on 93.5 The Mix Radio and appeared in an Iowa Strong feature on KWWL-TV.  He is also a featured performer on local CFU Cable TV channels.

   Carter opened for Maddie Poppe at a Waterloo/Cedar Falls Symphony concert in the Gallagher Bluedorn Performing Arts Center. He  performed at a benefit featuring his rendition of the Garth Brooks song, “The Dance”, for TV personality Jay Leno.

Carter recorded a single that he wrote, “Alexis”, at Catamount Studios and recently recorded "Bar Room Singer" and "The Women in My Life".

   Watch for Carter's upcoming 2024 Summer Midwest Tour including Wineries, Breweries, Festivals, Private Events and Concerts at Performing Arts Centers in the Midwest.

   Carter  is  a past  Music  Worship Leader at St. John Lutheran Church in Cedar Falls.

   Carter attends Belmont University in Nashville and majors in Songwriting and Music Business.
